Today our three founding partners have long since retired and Arthur M. Schneider, Jr., Marie C. Hill, and Lloyd W. Spangler, Jr. have since passed on but there contributions have left an indelible mark to the industry and continues to resonate as a tribute to their love for the business and their respected profession.

For over 60 years our core values have focused on providing exceptional quality service and in delivering high-performance results. We continue our firm's long-standing tradition for developing long-term relationships through our firm's feedback program to improve the client service experience.

On March 14th 1956 in Center City Philadelphia three aspiring professionals, Arthur M. Schneider, Jr. Marie C. Hill, and Lloyd W. Spangler, Jr. set out to establish SCHNEIDER, HILL & SPANGLER and came to be recognized as one of the regions top-tier employment firms.

Today our clients span all industry groups, ranging from the new venture - backed start-up, to the multinationals, from the not-for-profit organizations to higher educational institutions, from the private equity firm to the family - owned organizations, along with speciality search practices in the club and resort, family, private-equity, new venture start-ups, and the commerical real estate markets.

In 1996, Steven A. Schneider acquired the controlling interest in SCHNEIDER, HILL & SPANGLER and initiated a strategic plan to transform the firm from purely a search and recruitment firm to offer clients a full spectrum of Board and CEO consulting and advisory services spanning 12 practice groups.
