GOVERNING LAW; ARBITRATION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard for such state's principles regarding conflicts of laws, and excluding that body of law applicable to choice of law. Any dispute or controversy arising hereunder shall be settled exclusively by arbitration to be held in the City of Philadelphia before a single arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect.
